The history of this place is around somewhere, but it was built in 1904, and the last resident was Mr Walford, who among other things, grew orchids.
This place is a fantastic explore, approaching the property, it looks like a hideous house that has had all sorts tacked onto it. But once you step in through the front door, you realise that when the last people left, the just walked away. Their belongings are strewn everywhere, clothes, shoes, crockery, books, newspapers, journals, paperwork. What every explorer likes to find of an afternoon. I culd go on, but the pictures explain it all.
