St Lawrences Asylum, Bodmin, Cornwall. 29.08.08 Report

This is another one from Jonboy's forum:

I'm in Cornwall on holiday at the moment. I was passing St Lawrences and thought "Fuck it why not!"

Access was walk in, and though the place is PIR'd to the max, I soon gave up any pretence of stealth and waited to be busted.

After 2 hours, as I was on my way out, I nearly bumped into Mr Seccer man, but managed to avoid him. It was 8pm on the dot and I think he was just doing his regular round.

There's loads more to see..... I'm here till Monday

It's pretty stripped out now and large areas (most of the wards and upstairs areas) are internally locked. The hall is mint and admin is stunning, with lots of stained glass, oak panelling and beautiful glazed tiles. None of my pics in there came out ops:

Great Pics I'd also luv to see this place but too far away.

These devices monitor Temp or Humidity over a say a 24 Hr period so u can instantly see an peaks or troughs (Somethink like that)
