    Arrow York - 20 Group ROC HQ - (York Group) - July 2010

    I know that loads of people have posted this before, but heres my swing of it. I did most of my shots on manual (which is a first for me) as i wasnt allowed to use a flashgun. I quite like been given a challenge, and i was pleased with my manual skills.

    Opened 1961

    Well done on getting some photos from here as the old curator is up his own arse and a jobs worth who won't let anyone take photos - I guess it was the old gits day off, I had to go round sneaking photos and arguing with the

    Lucky me! The curator was a young woman who was dead interested in my post restoration, she let me wander round by myself, photocopied loads of papers/forms for me, wrote my name down so if they get offered any equipment they dont need they can offer it to me

    Yes lucky you, that's great she took the time and made the effort to help you. It is a shame with English Heritage that it can be so hit and miss with the staff.

    Yeah i like anything like that really. Might pay that a visit next time im down that way. Im lucky my parents are interested in stuff like that too - or id never get there!

    Youve done a quality job with the place, getting photos in there isnt easy.

    It was shut when I went, and this place defeated even my Level 9 Urbex Ninjah skillz...
