Bramham house childrens home, Bramham 10/07/10

After driving round a few places that fowleandclough had written down, we were having no luck so we decided to head over to Bramham. After parking near and walking around the wrong side of the woods for about 40mins we found the place, no where near the woods or nettles we had to pass through. Built in 1806 but now falling to pieces, if you go be careful of the floors and the place is heavily guarded by hundreds of wasps. Enjoy!

my turn to post my pics from the explore now, as cloughandfowle2 said this place was falling to pieces so there was times when we had to build up the courage just to walk down some of the corridors. We actually nearly gave up looking for this place as we walked in the wrong direction for a while then on the way back to the car we spotted it through the trees ( thank god), so we made our way up to the building and to our delight there was the perfect access point so it wasn't a wasted journey as we earlier thought. though the access point was perfect it was quite a laugh watching cloughandfowle2 panic when he heard the wasps. Also on this explore i almost stood in an urbex poo !!! or possibly tramp poo but either way its was a near miss and too close for comfort.
