found this one by chance... i had seen pictures of it but didnt actually know where it was, untill i was taking my girlfriend home (she lives in hosm) and i spotted the aerial mast and strange box on stilts thing i had seen in the pictures on top of 'church hill'
so the next i set off to investigate. following the signs for the church just before you get into holme takes you up a steep, small road with a sort of round about at the end and the gate of the church. parked up and set out on foot across a corn field where i could see the post some 150/200 meters away.

Orlit... looked empty
welding was broken covering security plug.
according to subbrit it was opened in May 1960 and closed September 1991.
if anyone is thinking of gaining access, i would love to come along.
