Here are a few photos from a trip Bridge Valley Deep Shelter in Bristol during March. It's an old railway tunnel, converted into a shelter in WW2, and a rifle range after that.

It is, they are doing major work on the road above which is having subsidence problems. They've been working inside of the tunnels at times but yep now it's got a hoooogue iron clad door on the emergency exit and the other entrances have been bricked up and plated (again!)

Must of been used for some wild parties when the elec/lights were still on.... totally trashed from 2 years ago.

Looks like the tunnel is giving its fair share of troubles to the council now.
