    Arrow Penmaenmawr Quarry-Wales-March 2010

Just a snippet of information: "The clock in the quarry was given to the Penmaenmawr Granite Company in the 1930s by The Euclid Company from America, which was the company which provided the huge digger machinery for the quarry". I'm sure it was used by the quarry workers but also by us children playing on the beach and around - no excuses for being late home for meals.

    On with the pics

    Thank you.

And have they allowed for the 'spring forward' that so many never remember? (Mainly the males of the species! harsh but fair ) I really, really have to go and have a look at this place. Is that cafe still down on the front, they once sold brill banana milkshakes?

Yeah the clock is still maintained you can see it lit up as you pass by at night, I remember the house that used to exist near the entrance to this place, I hear its been knocked down now.
