Arrow Elgin - South Street - ARCHIVE

Climbing up wasn't that being at the top was amazing but I am terrified of going back down (Wurzel and Nugget had to basically rescue me from RAF Fearn as I got scared).. So being here by myself was weird. Adrenaline, fear and excitement all rolled into one.

Took this on my way back home after a little more exploring (The night time ones were blurred, I forgot my tripod, d'oh!)

Wasn't sure what to expect, but.. The fear was worth it. I liked the view even if it wasn't a huge building like others posted here, I loved it, I could see all and was tall! I'm 5 foot 2, being tall to me is pretty awesome.

    Looking Right...

    Looking left...

    And just behind it..

Because I've seen this done by other members I wanted to join in (I had my old point and shoot with mini tripod).

ahhh I do like a nice scaff climb.
Nice and relaxed way to get in some higher stuff.

The only problem is your last shot.

You also need a "comedy pose" to round things off

(The last one was the point and shoot, the rest were the DSLR, should have said, my bad).

Comedy pose? I think I might need help with that one as I'm doing another scaffy climb tomorrow night

Just ignore mex - he's a little fish admin in a big pond and has no idea what he's talking about.

As for comedy pose ...well just use your imagination.

I have no idea, noticed it last night when I was trying to get access to Boots roof but had to turn back because there was too much ice, would have been too dangerous by myself. It was on the building next to it and now it's net to Sign of the Times?

I don't know when it got put there but it had 'climb me' written all over it.

Nice one for having the guts to give it a go.
