After doing a couple of external scouting runs of this huge facility me and a couple of others took a quick trip INto one of the most well preserved derelict asylums around the Surrey area. I've seen quite a few reports of West Park on the forums so i won't post extensive background to the building, so i'll just bullet point the key stuff!

- Built in the 1920's
- Was the last of 5 to to be built as part Epsom Cluster of asylums.
- Other hospitals in the cluster converted to housing include: Horton, The Manor and Long Grove Hospital.
- St Ebbas and West park are the only 2 that remain from the cluster.
- The conversion of St Ebbas is underway!
- Back to West Park, most of it was abandoned by 2003/4
- Some external buildings are still used today for psychiatric treatment.
- Here are some photo's!

I'll put up the rest of the photo's soon!
