Arrow Stamford Bridge ROC Post - (Yorkshire Group) - March 09

    1968 Closure

Just of the road in a small clump of trees. The hatch is held shut with a massive lump of concrete which takes some shifting. The step is detached and has fallen away into the undergrowth. A small aditional tube stands just past the BPI pipe but I can find no trace of it inside the post, it has telephone wires sticking out of so I guess it was the posts comms line at some point in the past.

Inside the post is not that bad, most of tiles are gone but this is not the worst 68er I have seen by a long shot. Not bad at all.

That looks pretty good for a '68 internally Mate - all down to the concrete block I guess!
