Visited on a very damp and foggy day with my mate Greig. Many thanks to Skin for all his help on this one

This once grand house is now in a very sorry state, mainly due to the current owners according to locals. There are very few remaining floors upstairs, most of them have joined the downstairs ones or hang precariously. I did check out the accessible rooms upstairs but there wasn't a lot to see and I didn't fancy a broken neck.

This must look beautiful on a sunny day, sadly it was far from that during my visit.

Inside the newer extension to the building, vegetation is creeping in from one side.

Some radiators are still on site, as local pikeys were caught in the act and prosecuted but the mess they left behind remains.

The kitchens

The washroom had this lovely old mangle, my Nan had one of these

The entrance hall has this beautiful mosaic floor with oak paneled walls.

My favourite bits were in the old coach house and stables

The greenhouses are completely overgrown
