Access to this place wasnt strictly UE as it was very well secured, we made a few enquiries, found out who owned the place, showed him out photos (me and Mykal this is), and begged for him to let us in. He kindly obliged and gave us the run of the place for a few hours!

















The sheer size of the machinery in this place was amazering, and the decorative detail giving to the building was lovely. Such a shame for it to be in dis-use, there are possible plans for it to be converted though, I do believe it may become a restaurant/cafe.

not to hijack the thread, but ill add some pics. Its a real nice place, was in the middle of being restored and turned into some sort of resteraunt (sp?) but funding ran out half way through, now it just sits empty, some of the rooms are used to store stuff, but them rooms have no cool machinary in. I had previously been in without permission, they just left a door open! but this time round it was well and truely locked up. I eventually just called the guy and said I want to take pictures inside the place, the guy sent one of his minions to open up for us, then he fucked off and left us with the place!
