Forget The Darkside - I'm Mr Brightside!
Thanks for such positive feedback all, really appreciate it!
I have 2 more explores. I don't know how many people will be interested - but I spent a good month in what is now Volgograd (former Stalingrad), Southern Russia. The place was a time capsule and life goes on just how it did back in the Soviet Union. I watched Soviet TV, listened to Soviet music in the Hotel every morning. City is covered in Soviet murals, statues and propaganda, even the roads are full of 70's vintage cars. It's also commonplace to just find human skulls and scars of battle when walking down the street (no joke!). I have plenty of photos of the city and region, if anyone is interested.Yea boy! This is mint cheers for posting, you got any more soviet stuff
