Lockton ROC Post - (Yorkshire Group) - December 2011

I dont know how these remote posts get so badly trashed! There is nothign around it for miles and miles.

Anyhow..


The post has taken a bit of a battering internally and externally. The vent shaft has been mutilated. Internally there is lots of badly drawn graffiti all over the post. Someone has brought in some very old chairs out of a car. There are two beds both singles. One of them doesnt look to be standard ROC. The hatch is detatched. Nearby stands a brick built aircraft post.

Looks like someone is sleeping in there, or might just be local kids making a den? The chairs look old though so must have come from an older car :S

Its a 68 closure so theyve probablys been in there for years and years

There were mice in there when I visited and it wasn't that bad.
