    Default Hemerdon Mine - 15.7.11

    Hello there, you can call me Rice ; )! I live near Exeter in Devon and I enjoy not just exploring derelict/abandoned, but of course photographing them. I use a Canon AE-1 35mm film camera, usually with either a 28 or 50mm lens.

    So enough of that, on the 15th July 2011, me and two other friends went exploring to Hemerdon Mine.

    As far as I'm aware it has been derelict since 1944... With a brief trial in the 80's.

    Was such a fun place to explore!!
