Default Stanley Royd Museum (The Stephen Beaumont museum) , June'11

Visited with Royalbob and god this is a strange museum! The padded cell, the slab and electric equiptment etc! Would really recommend seeing this, its free to get in anorl.

Opening in 1818 and closing in 1995 and subsequently being converted to housing, Stanley Royd Hospital was the first Pauper Asylum to be opened in Yorkshire.
