    Post Blechley park -2011

Tstranger and myself descided to explore whats desribed as Probably the last wartime buildings to be constructed on the site of Blechley park and where the Abwehr Enigma was broken.
Also where the successes of the D-Day deception campaigns were monitored.
So as you can imagine was quite nice to be wandering those corridors of Block G ,off the tourist trail.

Was a bit baffled as to what a Harrier was doing parked over on the main site ?

Thanks for looking in SK / Neil

The Harrier is a bit of an anomoly? Its presence at BP has nothing to do with its history! When I worked there in the Military vehicle section, we had to remove our tanks because it was not part of BP history, we left and the bloody harrier turned up!
It is now slowly sinking in the grass

Nice one . very interesting. My Grandmother served here during the war , keeping it a secret untill just before she died 15 years ago. Must get up there myself soon.
