    Arrow Ripon Cathedral, June 2011

Good old Churchy goodness, coming out of here made me feel all light and woozy, oh wait, that might be because i ended up giving them £25 to sponsor a pipe on the 5 Manual Cathedral Organ which is costing £300,000.00 to overhaul in September. However the lord works in mysterious ways as the organist was on the organ at the time and i ended up having a go and playing a few hymns on it. Cant decide if it was better than Newcastle Cathedral Organ, but it was certainly a good one.

Was founded ages ago by some monks in 650ad.

For those that dont know, Ripon Cathedral is home to one of the loudest Organ Stops in the world, the 128ft Principal Diapason. This means the pipe is 128ft Long and more sound can be forced through it.

Here is a short clip of me playing the organ.

Skip to 45seconds and you will see what happens when i draw out the 128ft Stop hahaha!!!!
