Arrow St Peter's Church, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd - April 2011

The original church of St Peter in Llanbedr DC was completed in 1254, but in 1862 they built a better one just down the road, so everyone went there instead and left this to its own devices. St Peter himself was a bald man with a long beard, and is best known for having the keys to the pearly gates of heaven. It is unlikely that he ever visited Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd. Those of you not familiar with the Welsh language may or may not know (or care) that the name of the village translates into English as 'the church of St Peter in the valley of the (river) Clwyd'

Not the world's greatest place, truth be told, but if you ask me whether I care, I'll tell you that I do, but not enough to stop me from posting it.
