Default Hillsborough ROC Post (Co Down) March 2011

My first ever explore of an ROC Post was at Hillsborough, nearly 5 years ago, back then the post was still locked and you could drive right up beside the post.

Hillsborough was opened in 1957 and closed in 1968, when Dundrod Post was forced to close in the early 80's Hillsborough was reactivated and stayed open until 1991. The former Chief Obs. is a good friend of mine.

It's pretty common in Northern Ireland.
