    Arrow Porth Wen Brickworks, Anglesey - September 08

    Visited here today with KingElvis (one word with a capital in the middle!) lol

    This is a lovely photogenic site

    The brickworks opened in 1850 and closed in 1914. The bricks made here were used mainly in high heat industries like the steel industry and were also used in the construction of Liverpool Docks.

    Today, it stands rusting away for all to see...after a long hot slog down the hill that is

    Looks fantastic, I love the way the boilers are just lodged there. Brilliant pictures as well!!

    Some great pics there Squirrel, this place is great.....once you find it LOL

    It was seriously hot there yesterday so I was a bit too fagged out to enjoy it.....

    The sea was amazing, looked like the Med or something.

    King...you use any unusual settings on that thing...like errr different colour saturation...i.e on my oly e510 I can set, natural, vivid etc.
