Arrow Fuel Stores. Dover. Dec. 2010

I found myself under the site of the old East Kent Bus Garage, Dover. Nothing remains of the site, just the concrete
slab were the garage/depot once stood. However the fuel and oil tanks are still there, 15ft underground. I didn't venture too far as the place is flooded.

The depot had stood for years despite being half flattened by a direct hit during the war. When it was rebuilt and extended in the late 50s, the fuel tanks were added, They were housed in what was the basement of an adjacent and also now demolished brewery.

I like that, you never know when you'll vanish into a sink hole or something though.

Nice one. Flooded underground places are strangely fascinating -
