1991 Closure

Just near the old asylum of St Crispins at the top of a long hard climb up a hill.

The post has had three of the four padlocks cut off and the last one doesn't look that clever either. A small tap with a hammer and I bet it would fall off.

Most surface features are trashed and there is tons of work going on round and about it so I left it be.
