Tom and Jerry's Culvert is a short brick built affair that carries Millingford Brook under Ashton in Makerfield, it also connects Jack Brook to Millingford Brook at the same time, unfortunately it's hellishly full of junk in some sections and is almost waist deep in water and has a low roof.... so it's got pretty much everything that makes culverts fun It's strangely quite a pleasant thing if a little painful, it twists and turns, goes under houses and roads and has a couple of open air sections too. Quite a lot of changes for such a short culvert.

This is an open air section that gives this one its name

Jack Brook comes from the left.... too small to get into, well it is if you don't like 1 metre round pipes
