A huge complex of tunnels near Dover's Western Docks. It's marked as DOE tunnels on the Fire Brigade plans of the site, but I don't know why. The Oil Mills Barracks once stood in front of these tunnels which were used as a shelter by the WRENS and staff of the Navy Sick Bay who were stationed there during the war. There was a very bad fire here in the 90s which burned for days and turned the tons of pallets stored there into charcoal. After this the connecting tunnel to the Lower Oil Mill's Caves was bricked-up. I don't know much else about this place, yet. It once connected with the Harbour railway tunnel where there's said to be an undergound platform. On with the pics.

Stairs that lead to the railway tunnel. Bricked-up beyond two pairs of steel doors.
