Cookridge Hospital - Leeds - November 09

Closed in 2008, Cookridge Hospital specialised in cancer reserach and treatment. It was replaced by a new cancer treatment wing at St James with 1700 staff :w00t

The old hospital stands in splendid grounds and has some great listed buildings. Security are very very active and most of it is boarded up and very secure. Only a breif visit as I need to understand more about the layout before I return. Lights in here still work as do all the emergency exit signs, freaky.
