This diamondcutters workshop was one of the last fully equipped pre-war diamond
grindery workshops. The workshop and the technical installation is a unique piece
of industrial heritage that illustrates the many rows of diamond grinding that were
establishede in the region. In 1908-1910 Peter Lieckens builded this small diamond
factory, for his sons, who toke the course of the Antwerp diamond grinding.
The workshop had two floors and a sloping roof, after it got damage by a bombshell blast
during the First World War they where replaced by a flat roof. Ultimately,
the grindery closed in 1985 the doors.

After exploring for some time, doing diffrent spots and places.
We decided to check out this little shed. It was tricky to get in but we did.
While we where inside, enjoying the serene ambients. Suddenly we hear a dog barking loudly.
"glub" we ducked down. Feeling ower hearts beating in ower throuth.
Slowly peeking outside the window. To see two young love birds walking there.
With they're playfull dog. pfff.

Waited for a while for them to leave. No-one saw us? Secured the surounding.
Everything looks save. So we went on with ower shoot. This is the result.
