Visited this with BK whilst on an exploration for a ship wreck!
Although all of the buildings of the original WW2 Rotor station are long gone, enough is still around to get an idea of the layout of the place:thumb
The site today is still used by the CAA, with there 150 ft high tower, with Golf Ball attached! The site is fully automated, although there are lots of signs around that still say it belongs to the MOD?

Most of the buildings were demolished and thrown into the surrounding grass!

The only underground remains we could find was this Air raid shelter hidden in the undergrowth. There are probably some more hidden in the long grass:confused:

The active unmanned CAA, Golf Ball radar dome at the top of the cliff. The MOD pulled out in 1987, though there signage is still evident around the remaining peri fence.
