Just returned from a nice, but wet week in Devon/Cornwall.
Me and 'BK' managed to get in some ROC posts whilst down in the rural depths of this lovely part of England.

Horns Cross was done on our way back home! The rain was lashing down, and I chose this post! One of the hardest one's I have encountered yet!
A, 68 closure, I was not expecting much of this and I was right:thumb

Laying in the corner of a field, but close to the road. The post was protected by the traditional Devon/Cornish hedge row/5 foot bank. The original entrance had long been claimed back by nature, with brambles like nails:lol:

I scaled the bank and fell down in between the legs of the Orlit B that stands above the hedgerow, that gives excellent views out to sea:thumb

The post compound is heavily overgrown, with brambles etc. no one had been here for a long time!

The infamous bank:) The Orlit B is in an excellent state:thumb

The hatch opened easily but I was greeted with a load of spider's webs and security spiders:w00t An extended GZI lays just to the side. The rest of the post had been reclaimed by nature!

Not much survive's apart from the cupboard and beds! It was dry inside which surprised me as SB's visit back in 2000 has it partially flooded:(
