Well must admit me and Kingrat were not expecting much from this post, and we were not to be proved wrong:cry:
Lurking in its own overgrown, bramble infested, compound lurks one of the most saddest posts surviving in Bedfordshie.
Closed in 1991 the post is flooded half way up the shaft.
This is Bedford's own "Hyde" ROC Post, in need of pumping out:confused:
No surface structures remain (visible) other than the shaft.

The best thing to do was close the hatch and walk away from the dispair that was within:(
