Beauchief ROC post - Yorkshire Group (Sheffield)
Status, Open.
In the corner of a car-park belonging to a golf club is a very overgrown compound still with it's original wooden gate, it's seen better days but it's still there!
There is an unusual addition to the ventilation shaft. I think it might be the remnants of a weather vane. Also the access shaft has had some remodeling done to it as well. The post has a few inches of water in it and it has been set alight at some point in the past.
