Visited this ex distribution place in March, not a great site, but adds a notch to my explores.
Some brief History
The Samas Roneo Site was built in the 1960s, apparently specifically for the Samas Roneo Company. The location of the premises was considered a wise investment as improvements were expected to the highways around this area, and this was considered a prime locatiopn. Unfortunatley for the building, they never came, and after 40 years the building was vacated around 2002.
The building is currently still for sale/lease, and has had applications from Wimpey Homes, however this was turned down in 2005. I read somewhere that wimpey have tried again to build homes on the site, but i forget where i saw that paticular piece.
Anyway Some Pics

Whats odd is despites its trashed status, it was quite peaceful in there:gay
