Absolutley inaccessible. It's welded shut in several places around the hatch and on the hasps. No chance of entry howver FSM pipe is accessible. The ROC post is thought to have been used for ametuer radio enthusiasts, hence the stupid pole on the FSM.

Here you can see I've removed the FSM bolts, they were non standard and tight as fuck. I was gutted when I realised that the pole thing was fastned down in the post and could not be removed.

In a final attempt to see inside, I remove the rear vent covers but that shaft is also blocked at the bottom.

After gashing my arm big style on a lump of rusty metal I decided it had beat me and gave up. Not before i gave that tube thing a few good kicks to see if it would dislodge it, no such luck.
