Most ive ever seen a post for sale at, not worth the price really. But hope if it does sell (highly doubt it would for the cost he's listed it at) but as said in the above posts would be better it was bought by someone who would care for it not a phone company to build a mast etc. Looks pretty empty though read some old reports on it and the owner apparently stripped it all out, basically its 25K for a room with a small desk no other worthy original features!!

Hmm, if it was anywhere else, i would probablys agree that it was too pricey, but some nut will probs buy it because the village is central to the lakes and is really nice.

And yes, it is really steep climb to get too, all the way up through the church, up loads of steps, up a hill, then through a gate, and up another hill!

Not so much by foot when you get there but the drive is like a nightmare, especially in the summer.

Krypton bought it and turned it into an underground rave ballpool

No idea but you could try asking the ROC Association?

I think the previous owner bought it for £11,000 back in 2004 so I think £25,000 is a bit optimistic unless a mobile phone operator wanted the site.
