The last of our "six posts in a day" jaunt, myself and BK got to this outpost, just as the light was fading fast.
Not much, if anything has changed since KE's visit back in 2008, which is good:thumb The very rural location of this post has prevented any vandalism.
Apologies for the darkness of the photo's of the surface structures but it was getting dark fast!

The entrance hatch was rusty and like KE's visit the spiders were everywhere. The "Mind your Head" sign has fallen off and lays at the bottom of the shaft.

The rear vent shaft remains in excellent condition, along with the pump up mast bracket, as this was a master post.

Internally not much has changed. At first I thought the ceiling was part of the conveyor belt flooring but it is in fact a big swath of polystyrene tiles that have come down in one go! Nicely kept in place by the string!

Still in a remarkably dry condition several items still remain including the Siren box, FSM Plate, K-rations and several pieces of paperwork.

The observers must have had regular problems with there BT Box as there are several remarks left by the BT Engineer, telling them to "leave it alone".
All in all, a nice clean unmolested post:thumb
Thanks for looking.
