swweeeet !! a reliant "ant" pick up truck bury council had some of those in the mid to late 70's and judging by the yellow and chocolate brown colour scheme on this one it is an ex bury council one !!

ya mean the yellow pick up? love it such a random little pick up! - just thinking off hand ya reckon you can search with that number plate... i remember there used to a txt msg service you could txt a number plate to and it'd give ya loadsa random info on it

plus if you look at the side of the truck it says "peter riggs and son" - i googled it turns out to be a garden centre owner!

the place was abandonded too but had active cctv - or seemingly so anyway - but wonder if theres more veichals inside? :P cant seem much of it head on but on satalite maps the place looks pretty big!

the garden centre probably owned it afterwards but i'm pretty sure that is bury councils livery from that era , worth noting the "ant " or TW9 , three wheeled 9 were pretty much all baught by local authorities with very few that went to private owners

they were sold by reliant as a chassis and cab unit and local authorities sent them on for further work for the specific use a lot were just flat beds or pick ups but they also appeared as small bin wagons ,street sweepers , snow ploughs , and even as small tractor units
