This place was awesome , i just love old rotting classic cars and your lucky if you find one over here in the UK but this place had thousands . Spent nearly a full day here and still missed loads . There must have been at least 25 split window VW camper vans and even more split window Beetles .

On with the pics ............

Liking these, even the HDR lol! Any chance you could post a single exposure of each? Just so I can see where they came from (I'm learning to do HDR cos sometimes, these for sure, it works)?

I'm not a fan of the HDR grunge, like most flavours of HDR it's a bit like marmite in polarising opinions.

However.. number 6 is a stunner! That's a whole different league, and I like it a lot.. there are some really interesting things happening with leading lines and vectors in the composition, and the capture and processing are spot on.

Cheers mate , as i can gather the house is owned by an old bloke who owns the land with all the old cars . The old cars were the old mans dads collection and have sat there now for a very long time . There is easy 1500 cars there . Well worth the trip in my eyes :D

ive been playing with HDR recently but am still a noob - im not a fan of the "grunge" effect to be honest and i try to avoid it - i think HDR works best when you get all the detail but keep the light information.... but i think youve done it nicely on number 6 and number 1 - the others are still very cool no doubt but for me personally id prefer to see abit more light

whatever though nice find! pic 1 is by far the best though looks very creepy and haunting

Fantastic photos mate!
Seen a few sets from here recently, I love the look of this place, will have to think about a trip over next year, I could easily spend a few days in there with my camera! Like you say sadly there's not many places like this left in the UK.
