1968 Closure
Just outside Blackburn, up a very wet and windy hill, the post has been capped and has a memorial plaque attached giving a very sketchy explanation of the ROC and the purpose of the posts. No access underground.
Some very wet, fed up looking sheep live here now :thumb
Stunning views though and a trig point and Year 2000 tower thing stands nearby.
