ok so using the search button i dont appear to be able to find this one on this site, (either that or im being a bit dense and not doing it properly :P)
right this is an abandoned hotel complex in the holiday/retirement town of seaton in devon, the site is much bigger than you think from your initial wander down the drive

cant find too much history on the place (probably due to it not being especially old) but from reading a few things while having a wander i believe the owners may have invested rather alot of money in the place
only to then find that the income couldnt support the outlay and it eventually folded in 2005 (thats the most recent tarriff that was in reception hung on the wall)
