visited with BB, culvert in the centre of blackburn, we got some funny looks off workmen at the side of the river but nobody poped any grids above us that made me run away this time!

the section of the Blakewater running through Blackburn town centre was culverted during the industrial revolution, and now runs underground. The culvert was extensively modified in the 1960s during the redevelopment of the town centre - it now runs underneath Ainsworth Street and between Blackburn Cathedral and Blackburn Bus Station.

i forgot about that creepy duck hiding in the dark! dont know what it was doing that far in the culvert on its own, obviouly up to no good id say! lol

Me and C&F had a right pigeon fight down 'Monument' in Batley. It's mad that creations of the avian variety can find their way so far underground!!!
