Hickson & Welch Fine Chemical Intermediates (Revisit) - Castleford, May 2011

KooK and I visited here in the cold fading light of a November Afternoon, which meant only a quick run around... I've been determined to return ever since to clear up on some moar of the almondy goodness.

Allinson's flour mill in Castleford has been closed for a while, so after checking that out and finding it very well sealed, Hickson's was a backup plan, which proved a nicely relaxed afternoon mooch for myself and Mr. Clough.

No sign of Mr. Teutonic Sheep herder, even though someone in a dark coloured Peugeot 206 drove up the long road through the centre of the site whilst we were walking up it... Whoever that was, is totally blind.

Nice one guys. Thought it'd have gone now. Last time I went the demo crew were in and the hidey places between the big gate and the tanks were gone. One of the biffs on site didn't appreciate me filming him from the canal path. Heh.

Seen your vid a couple of times now, looks like demo has certainly progressed since then!
