This villa was built in the 1930's. A summer getaway for Chung Thye Phin, a wealthy business man.
The overall design of the villa has an obvious Roman and european influence to it including a
central fresh water swimming pool.
As far as I know this site is totally unique in Malaysia for this style of architecture.
There are currently no plans to preserve this site.
