I managed to cover, Crigglestone viaduct and curve as well as the old Royston to Dewsbury line and viaduct.

Crigglestone viaduct.
The Midland Railway viaduct at Calder Grove (known as Crigglestone Viaduct) has 21 arches and was built in 1906 as part of its never-completed Sheffield-Bradford route.
The eastern arch sits over the existing Wakefield-Barnsley line. The former Crigglestone curve (Crigglestone Jnc to Horbury Station Jnc) passed beneath its western approach embankment whilst the central section towered over Pepper's Yard British Oak site and the old line serving the collieries around Flockton. From the westerly end you get a view of the former Harlteys coilery site.
End-to-end, the viaduct spans 1,270 feet.

My Criggleston pics turned out shit. Was using out of date, really high ISO film and they all turned out grey and grainy as fuck

Awesome stuff here, great shots, I love all this disused railway porn. My thing is the old Didcot, Newbury and Southampton line.

I visited here the other day - all the track seems to be lifted on Horbury Curve unfortunately.

The viaduct was still accessible too but saw some guys in orange hi vis so might be locked up now.
I was watching a peregrine hunting for about an hour

Accessible as of 31/05/12. Getting a little too overgrown though - I was soaking wet from all the rain water that had collected on the weeds.

Those warning signs look good, must find them! I was never too sure whether you were meant to be able to walk around there or not as there are lots of footpaths and no signs if you get there from the canal.
