Tresham Institute, Kettering

Quite an ugly collection of buildings that dominate the towns skyline. Apparently they can't demolish it until they have found somewhere else for the mobile phone masts to go. Trashed but ok to pass some time if your in the area! Site opened as the Kettering Technical College in the 1940's. It later became the Tresham Institute after a merger with another college, and they moved to new premises around 2007. Visited during summer 2010.
