Kingsmoor House, Harlow,Essex - OCT 2010
It is a Grade II Listed House set in 0.9 hectares of land.

This large house was the centre of a small estate built up in the 18th century.
The estate was enlarged in 1919 and the house extended in the 19th and the early 20th century.
The interior has panelling and a staircase of 18th-century character.
It was sold to Harlow development corporation in 1954.
In 1981 the building was converted by Harlow district council into a family centrer ,toy libary & Pre School Unit.
Cut backs have taken there toll and its doors are now closed.

It now has full Planning permission and Listed Building Consent to refurbish and develop two x 1 bed units and seven x 2 bed units.

The property is metal shuttered from top 2 bottom, reeks of mould and is in a true state of decay.
It also has a local history of hauntings and the likes.
So Glad im going solo
Set back off the main road in its own little oasis of over grown shrubbery.

What more could i ask for ;)
