I was going to do a bit of history on this place to bulk it out a bit and make it a bit more interesting but I cant seem to find the bits I was reading about it when me and Fowleandclough went looking for it (drove past it tons of times!) I know I will find the source of information and up date it later but Im sure lots of you know about it and if you do feel free to comment.

Great North Road used to be a big means of connection from the north and south of England that ran through Bramham and goes back 100s of years and was started by the Romans as a major connection to the North later people used it to escape "Up T'North" away from the plague in "Ye Olde Times". Over the years the road was cut up and then finally it was completely cut off by the A1 and these house's is all that I believe is left.
There is a few old pics here: http://ollr.10.forumer.com/a/the-great-north-road_post14903.html
