Blackburn Royal Infirmary - November 2010

As I was passing I thought I would drop into the BRI, I haven't seen it done much lately and David Wilson have erected a tall anti-climb fence around it with an inside fence of Heras :lol:

Inside the place is more trashed than ever, all the cables have been robbed by gypo types and it's suffering tremendously from water ingress. Still, a few details remain including THAT dome.
