Castle Den Huger Goorhof

There is not much information to be found about the abandoned castle. It was built in 1876 by Frans Huger, a rich contractor working in the port of Antwerp.

After the castle got abandoned it was bought again by a firm who started reconstruction work in the castle. But it didn’t last, a fire and not enough money for reconstruction resulted in abandonment again.
