This post has been demolished.
The post was situated next to the Rollright stones and in the same field as the Kings stone, although the post has been demolished the top part of the acsess shaft and the fence posts have been dumped in the hedgerow nearby. Long Compton was a master post and we beleive it to have been in Coventry Group.

Its a weird location, where this post was sited around an ancient monument the Rollright Stones:thumb Although the views are unquestionable in regards to getting a perfect reading for an A-bomb attack!

After getting attacked by stinging nettles and brambles! "Tankman" flattened the undergrowth to get this stunning picture of the Entrance shaft/turret:lol:
